Yesterday, our volunteers managed to take aid to the affected residents of the Ostriv microdistrict, who are still there.
They were able to provide assistance to high-rise buildings at many addresses and to the private sector on Dorofeeva Street.
The people of Kherson kept 16 generators, 4 motorized pumps complete with oil and fuel,
as well as a large number of pills for water purification.
Ostriv microdistrict in Kherson still remains one of the most dangerous.
Unfortunately, it was also significantly damaged by the flooding after the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP.
Until almost yesterday, the Island could only be reached by water by boat. Now, thank God, the water has receded.
But not without a trace.
The consequences that we will have to eliminate are large-scale.
